Terms & Conditions

Return Policies

Save All Receipts
We gladly accept returns on merchandise.  All returns require original receipt and must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be un-used and with original tag attached. Some items can not be returned if opened, warn, or used. Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment. Checks 14 days cash. Store credits may also be issued for any returns. For any return you may be asked for government issued photo identification card.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse a refund.
We DO NOT accept Returns or Exchanges on the following products or services.
Returns or Exchanges will not be issued for any custom products or services, such as a custom shirt order, custom vinyl or print, and any custom design work. Because these orders are custom made no exceptions will be made.

At JPD we stand behind our work. We do not offer refunds on any custom order. If upon receiving your order you find that something is incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery of your product. Once we are notified, we will do everything we can to take care of any issues in a timely manner.  If it is determined that you need to return products to JPD for inspection or to be reproduced, the product must be returned within 1 business week of the stated claim. If you have contacted us to make a return and we have agreed to cover the shipping costs, all items must be shipped using a shipping label we provide, any other methods of shipping (3 day ship, 2nd day air, next day air, next day saver, not from a label we have sent) will not be covered. If items are returned after this time frame, the shipment will be denied, and the package/s will be sent back to you unless prior arrangements have been made.

Payment Policies & Payment Schedules

Each customer and/or project has a specific pay schedule. All jobs may require a deposit PRIOR TO design, production, or installation. If you have questions regarding your specific project, contact us directly. Otherwise, here you will find our standard payment policies.

We will not start a design or provide a proof without a proper deposit, or begin production of vinyl material, apparel decoration or begin installation on a vehicle, signage or other customized items without final payment.
Delays in payments will cause a delay in the estimated completion date.
100% Payment Prior to Design or Production for all orders Under $100
NOTE: Due to the time and labor required for any job to begin, our order minimum is $50 before tax, and before discounts.

Quote / Order Approval

If a specific completion date is requested or listed on a quote, it is based on the quote being approved the same day the quote is sent or given.

If the approval of the quote is delayed past 24 hours, the completion date of the order will be pushed back from original estimated completion date.

Due to scheduling jobs, if a quote is not approved with in the 24 hour window, completion could be pushed back more than the extra time taken to receive the approved quote.

Order Cancellation

In the event that an order is canceled by a customer the refund will be based on the status of the order. Depending on order status the customer may be required to pay for return shipping, processing fee, restocking fee or for the full cost of items. If the order is completed no refund will be issued.

All deposits are non-refundable after 5 days.

Vehicle Graphics & Wraps

50% Payment is due PRIOR TO Design or Production
Balance is Due at Drop-Off*, Prior to Installation
Removals: 50% down prior to scheduling, Balance is Due at Drop-Off*, Prior to Removal

**Vehicle graphics will not be installed or removed until full payment is received**

Screen Printing, Embroidery, Custom Apparel

50% Payment is due PRIOR TO Design or Production
Balance is Due at pick up or if shipping 100% due before JPD will begin process the order. 

Standard Signs & Installation

50% Payment is due PRIOR TO Design or Production
Balance is Due at Pick-Up or before installation.

Corrugated Yard Signs, Banners, Indoor/Outdoor Signage. Does not include custom signs.

Turn Around Time

Standard turn around time for most orders is 7-15 business days from the time of deposit and approval of your proof. This does not include ship time. Some types of products or services may take longer, such as Full Color Process and Over-sized screen print orders or full vehicle wraps as example. We do offer two rush options (on some products and services). Option 1: 3-6 business days from the time of deposit and approval of your proof +25%. Depending on availability of items. This does not include ship time. Option 2: 2 business days or less from the time of deposit and approval of your proof +40%. Depending on availability of items. This does not include ship time. Please note we are not open for national holidays and these days will add to the turnaround time of your order.

Marketing Agreement

By accepting a quote or placing an order you agree and understand all work, products and art completed by Jon Pagles Design is subject to use by Jon Pagles Design for marketing purposes, via our website or any other advertising outlets such as but not limited to social media, print advertising, ect. as samples of work we have done.

Standard Art Charges

If you were charged any art related fee this is strictly for our in house use, meaning the art was created or modified by JPD for JPD to produce your items here at our facility. (Unless otherwise agreed to prior to beginning the art, such as for a logo design) If you were charged any art related fees this does not mean the art files will be sent to you for your own individual use. The art files remain copyright by Jon Pagles Design. If you would like or need art files we have created or modified to produce your order, these files can be requested at a later time however additional art release charges would be required and can vary depending on the scope of the art.

Art Approval

For new custom orders JPD will send a proof for customer approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all of the information on the proof is correct. This includes checking for any spelling, grammar, or design errors in the design or layout. If an error is found after your order has been approved and printed JPD will not be held liable for any the cost associated with reprinting the order such as replacement material, replacement products, ink cost, production labor, design labor to correct or any other possible cost that could be incurred to fix or replace mis-printed orders. We assume no liability for errors in designs approved by the customer.

Art Guidelines

All image (raster/bitmap) files art must be submitted at 300dpi resolution or higher and sized to actual print size. Acceptable bitmap formats are .tiff, .png, .jpg, and .pdf. If vector files are required. Acceptable vector formats are .eps, .ai and if a .pdf has vector art embedded. Vector files are preferred for logos. You are welcome to send the design file if you are uncertain and we will analyze the file for print quality based on requirements for your project. If scans from photos or low-quality images are planned to be used, we will notify you that there will be an issue with your print quality, and it will be your discretion if you would like to use said low quality artwork. We will not produce any copyrighted or trademarked logos or images without express written consent from the copyright or trademark holder. (such as professional sport team's logos)

Viewing Art Proofs

Please note viewing your proof on a computer monitor, TV, phone or tablet screen, or any other display may result in a different appearance of colors then the final product. There are many factors that can contribute to this such as, display screens produce picture in a RBG color mode. RGB has a much larger color gamut than what is capable of being produce with most all printing processes. A standard everyday monitor or phone display, as an example are not color calibrated correctly. We use a state-of-the-art devise that requires a specialized program to accurately calibrate our displays. However most likely you do not have one of these devices or have accurately calibrated your displays so the colors you see could be different than the final product. If the art for your order will be printed CMYK you are welcome to come into our facility and we can show your art in CMYK mode rather than RGB mode on our display for a more accurate representation of the final colors.

Screen Print Minimums

We require a minimum of 12 pieces per design and garment style/color for 1 or 2 color prints.

We require a minimum of 24 pieces per design and garment style/color for 3 to 4 color prints.

We require a minimum of 48 pieces per design and garment style/color for 5 to 6 color prints.

 Screen Print Art Guidelines

All Art must be submitted at 300dpi resolution or higher and sized to actual print size. Vector files are required. Acceptable formats are EPS and AI.

Manufacture Out of Stocks

Due to the wide variety of brands, styles, colors, and sizes, JPD does not stock blank garments. From time to time the manufacture may be out of stock on ordered items. JPD will not be held liable for delays due to manufacture out of stocks or discontinued items. In these cases, the customer will be notified immediately and provided with other options, or JPD may replace with the closest available items additional cost may be applied.

Manufacture Defects

We cannot be held responsible for garment inconsistencies related to size, shade, construction or any other defects. We suggest ordering extra garments to account for such defects.

Color Matching

All colors in a design will be matched to the closest in house stock ink color. For exact color matches please request Pantone Matched colors. Pantone color matches are available for an additional fee. Any print colors can very when printed on garments due to garments colors, fabric content or other factors. We do not guarantee exact color match on printed garments but will do our best to be as close as possible.

Print Location & Print Size

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide details in regards to print placement and size. If no details are provided JPD will print in standard locations (ex: Chest Print, Print to start 2’’-3’’ inches below collar).
 The best way to gage your print size is to lay a shirt (in the sizes you wish to have printed) flat and use a ruler to measure out the print area.  Please keep in mind the scale of the print will vary on different sized garments and all items of an order will be printed with the same set of screens, unless a resize is ordered which would be an additional cost.

Customer Relations

We are fortunate to work with some really great customers and companies.  But, every once in a while we will have a potential customer who is rude or inappropriate.  We reserve the right to not accept your order if you are unpleasant to work with!

Over & Under Run

JPD will not be held responsible for spoilage due to inconsistencies in the print on up to 5% of the order total. In some cases extra garments will be included in an order. These are extras we supply in an attempt to keep spoilage percentages as low as possible.

Screen Defects

JPD will not be held responsible for prints due to defects in a screen. We do our best to check and double check all screens before printing. On a rare occasion a screen could have a small defect that will go overlooked until after the order has been printed. If this happens it is a very minor flaw, all of our shirts are hand printed so some inconsistencies should be expected. With bulk piles of garments fresh from the manufacture small pieces of lint or fuzz or even threads could find its way under a screen when printing and JPD will not be held responsible for things of this nature.

Over Zipper & Seam Prints

Printing over zippers and seams will never produce a ‘perfect’ print. Returns and reprints will not be issued for these services.  You are welcome to schedule a “Press Check.”

Water Based & Discharge Prints

Discharge and Water based prints work best on 100% cotton garments. Due to the inconsistent nature of discharge printing JPD will not be liable for minor inconsistencies found in the print and will not issue refunds for this service.
